10:29 pm: Princess Kitty needs Good home!
This cute kitty and her sister need a new home. A friend at work rescued the two cats that were abandoned at work. The cat in the picture above is named Princess. She used to hang around the office and watch the clock. I don't think they paid her enough. Or maybe she liked watching the second hand and killing time. She also liked to jump on my desk and swat at the cursor on my computer. Kinda playing with the cat with my mouse. Her sister patches was more shy. But I'll let Susan tell you about them.

I think she thinks they are both fun. Doesn't want to separate them if she can help it. She doesn't want to get rid of either of them, but she has to. So if anybody needs a couple of young cool cats, let me know.

09:41 pm: Renn Fest
Going to the Renn Fest in Atlanta on the week-end of May 20th. Anyone going around that time? Going to the faire on Saturday the 21st.

I just discovered that the Foreign Language keyboard I got such a great deal on has no backslash. Or I haven't found it yet.

I have a friend at work that has two kittens that she has to get out of her apartment. They are very cute. More details when she sends me pix.

10:09 pm: Wheohh . . . What a Beautiful Day ! ! !
Played golf all day. Beautiful course in Scottsboro, Goose Pond Colony. On the lake. A sunset painted by a brush larger than the Milky Way. The Goose Shit wasn't even that bad. Well it was bad, there just wasn't that much of it. I guess the geese are busy doing other things this time of year. But it was a beautiful day to escape. No work. No Phone. Made my not so brilliant partner turn his cell phone off. Twice.

Anyone that hasn't played golf should stick to Putt Putt or video golf. They are much easier. But if you like riding or driving around a meticulously manicured garden in a golf cart with abundant wildlife, sunshine (Doppler Dan willing), fresh air, well, golf is still probably not for you. "I hear Crack's pretty Kewl!" No seriously. Golf is something that you should not enter the world of willingly. Go Kicking and Screaming into that Dark Night!

Sorry, I'm babbling about golf. It's the Margaritas that I had after golf that has me babbling. They were the best Margaritas that I may possibly have had (and I am somewhat a connoisseur of cheap margaritas ;) I had them at the new Mexican restaurant in Gurley. The first restaurant in Gurley to have one of them there Likker License. It's owned by the guy that runs Garbaldi's Restaurant behind Kroger on Oakwood. The food was good also. Except the chips. Bag o' chips from Sam's. '{

Haven't posted anything since I became NON-non-LJ-John. That kinda sounds like an old Jim Croce song. NON-non-LJ-John, the badest . . .
So now my first post is a drunken, rambling rant about absolutely nothing. Is this Life? Is this Live Journal???

Ok. That's all. Probably go to M-night this week. Didn't make it last week. Look forward to seeing everyone.

I am arrived. To the surreal world of LIVE JOURNAL. Hello to all my newly added friends. I am the one known as John, Jonny, Non-LJ John amongst other assundry names. I stole my screen name (and DODGE BALL MC name) from of course the wondrous fabulous comedian/visionary RIP TORN. Anyway...

If you don't know know who I am, I am a friend of a friend of a friend, and we've partied together many times at M-night, Black Out, Flying Monkey, Fritz's parties . . . or maybe you've been added to my friends list by accident. I had help from Kistrel at M-night last night. So, I may not know you yet, but just wait . . .
